Each service is tailored in real time based on your individual needs to ensure balanced, healthy, and long-lasting results. Appointments are structured to provide a focused, elevated experience from start to finish. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Packages and memberships are non-transferable, reserved exclusively for the purchasing client, and all sales are final. Missed appointments will be forfeited. Appointments begin and end at their scheduled time regardless of arrival. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified service to respect the following appointment. To maintain a calm, private studio environment, additional guests or visitors are not permitted. By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
